Consultation
Every commission begins with a conversation. Whether you have a fully developed concept or simply the seed of an idea, we'll discuss your artistic goals, the performers involved, instrumentation, timeline, budget, and the purpose of the project.
II
Proposal
Once the scope of the commission is established, I will prepare a proposal outlining the project, timeline, and fee.
III
Creation
Upon acceptance of the proposal, I begin work. You'll receive a first draft with the opportunity to provide suggested revisions and changes. You'll continue to receive drafts to review until you are happy with the finished project.
IV
Performance
Upon project completion, you'll receive professionally engraved performance materials, including all necessary scores and parts.
